Landon misses grandpa Anderson a lot.
My dad had a heart attack on Sunday at 1 PM. My mom called me at 3ish to let me know what happened and also to let me know that someone had to make dinner for the whole family. She didn't know when she would be home but she knew it would be late. My dad is not the type to go to the hospital, but it is a good thing he did. The doctor put a stint in his heart and said that the blockage had just barely occurred. Dad said that he didn't like being there but from the stories we are hearing, he is enjoying it. He figured out how to hold his breath and make the monitor spell Mike on them. He also has held his breath and made it straight line it and so the nurses would run in and make sure he is ok.
He told my mom that he now has sympathy for a woman when she has a baby, but thats a little to late since his baby is 21 years old now.
My dad is supposed to come home today, but I have not heard if he did make it home. I am sure he did because he hates that the nurses come in every 20 minutes through the night to check up on him. He says that is no fun.
We went and visited my dad on Monday at 3 Pm and it was fun to see him stuck in bed. My dad is so out going there is no stopping him. He had monitors hooked up to him when we visited him and he would have the kids hook it to their fingers. The nurses probably knew my dad would do that.

Brenda Christensen, Diane Hepting and my mom handed out treats after the guests got off the train. It was so much fun to be able to see all of the costumes. We had 3905 people come to the train ride. That was spread out across 3 nights but it was still a lot.

Sunday get together

We carved pumpkins and dressed up. It was so fun to see Landon get in his airplane costume. Alan was a ghost that night but it didn't fit him well so we changed his costume to a safety quilt.

We all got together on Sunday after dinner to take our Halloween pictures. It was fun to see each other's costume before the big day.
